Welcome to Zohaib Digital. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase or use of services offered through it.

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase services through it.

The exact services included in an order depend on the selected service, product description, quotation, or agreed project scope.

2. Service Scope

Before work begins, the scope of a project may be defined through:

  • Service/product description
  • Order details
  • Written quotation
  • Project brief
  • Email communication
  • Other written agreement between the parties

Only the work included in the agreed scope is covered by the applicable price.

Additional requirements, features, pages, revisions, integrations, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

3. Orders

When you place an order through the website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process the order and deliver the service.

Zohaib Digital reserves the right to contact you if clarification or additional information is required before work can begin.

An order may be declined, cancelled, or refunded where there is a reasonable technical, operational, security, legal, or other valid reason.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may represent starting prices or standard prices for defined services.

The final price may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity
  • Scope of work
  • Number of pages or items
  • Technical requirements
  • Third-party integrations
  • Custom development
  • Additional revisions
  • Urgency
  • Required tools or services

Where a custom quotation is provided, the quotation will define the applicable project price and scope.

5. Payment

Payment may be required before work begins, depending on the service or project.

Available payment methods may include payment options provided through WooCommerce or supported third-party payment providers.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Work may be delayed or paused if payment has not been successfully received.

For larger projects, milestone or partial-payment arrangements may be agreed in writing.

6. Digital Services

Most services offered through Zohaib Digital are digital services.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

Digital deliverables may be provided through email, website access, cloud storage, project platforms, or another agreed method.

7. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the service, project scope, communication, technical requirements, and availability of required information or access.

A delivery estimate is not necessarily a guaranteed deadline unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing.

Delays caused by missing information, unavailable website access, third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment systems, client revisions, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

8. Client Responsibilities

To complete a project, you may need to provide:

  • Website or hosting access
  • WordPress/WooCommerce access where required
  • Business information
  • Brand assets
  • Content
  • Images
  • Product information
  • SEO information
  • Analytics access
  • Search Console access
  • Other information relevant to the project

You are responsible for ensuring that information, content, images, trademarks, and other materials supplied by you can legally be used for the project.

Never send passwords or sensitive credentials through ordinary chat or email when a secure access method is available.

9. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a service depends on the individual service or agreed project scope.

A revision generally means a reasonable adjustment to work already completed within the original scope.

A revision does not automatically include:

  • A completely new design
  • A new page or feature
  • A new service
  • Major changes to the original requirements
  • Additional development
  • New integrations
  • Work outside the agreed scope

Additional work may be quoted separately.

10. SEO Results

SEO services are performed using search-engine optimization practices intended to improve technical quality, relevance, discoverability, and search visibility.

However, search rankings and traffic are influenced by factors outside direct control, including search-engine algorithms, competition, website history, market demand, content, links, technical changes, and third-party platforms.

Therefore, specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or revenue are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

11. AI Search and AEO/GEO Services

AI Search, AEO, GEO, AIO, AI Overviews, and generative search technologies are continuously evolving.

No guarantee is made that a website, business, product, or page will appear in a particular AI-generated answer, AI Overview, search result, or other AI-powered platform.

Strategies are intended to improve content quality, relevance, entity understanding, discoverability, and technical readiness.

12. Website Development

Website development is subject to the capabilities and limitations of WordPress, themes, plugins, hosting providers, browsers, APIs, payment providers, and other third-party technologies.

Zohaib Digital will make reasonable efforts to deliver functional work within the agreed scope.

Third-party updates or changes may subsequently affect website functionality.

Unless specifically included in an agreement, ongoing maintenance, hosting, premium plugin licenses, third-party subscriptions, security monitoring, backups, and future updates are not automatically included.

13. Third-Party Services and Licenses

Some projects may require third-party software, plugins, themes, APIs, hosting, fonts, stock assets, payment gateways, or other services.

Unless otherwise agreed, third-party costs are the client’s responsibility.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, licenses, and policies.

Zohaib Digital is not responsible for price changes, service interruptions, policy changes, limitations, or failures of third-party providers.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, original final deliverables created specifically for a client and fully paid for may be transferred to the client according to the agreed project scope.

Third-party software, plugins, themes, libraries, stock assets, fonts, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Zohaib Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable systems, general methods, templates, frameworks, concepts, and know-how unless specifically transferred through a written agreement.

15. Client-Supplied Content

You retain responsibility for content, images, trademarks, logos, documents, product information, and other materials supplied by you.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use materials supplied for the project.

You agree not to provide material that infringes another person’s or organisation’s intellectual property or legal rights.

16. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or harmful activities.

You must not attempt to:

  • Gain unauthorized access to the website
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Abuse website forms or systems
  • Interfere with website operation
  • Use services for illegal activities
  • Misrepresent your identity or authority
  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

Zohaib Digital may refuse or terminate services where there is a reasonable concern about misuse or unlawful activity.

17. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service, its stage of completion, and the applicable Refund Policy.

Because digital services may involve work beginning immediately after payment, certain services may become non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been produced.

Any applicable refund conditions will be communicated through the relevant service/product description, Refund Policy, quotation, or written agreement.

18. Service Cancellation

A project may be cancelled where:

  • The client requests cancellation
  • Required information or access is not provided
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled
  • The project becomes technically or operationally impractical
  • There is misuse of the service
  • A legal, security, or other valid concern arises

Where appropriate, any refund or outstanding payment will be handled according to the applicable service terms and Refund Policy.

19. Communication

Project communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, contact forms, or other agreed communication channels.

Clients are expected to provide reasonably timely responses where their input is necessary to continue the project.

Extended communication delays may affect delivery timelines.

20. Confidentiality

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep private project information confidential.

Confidentiality obligations may not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available
  • Was already lawfully known
  • Becomes public without a breach
  • Is independently developed
  • Must be disclosed because of a legal requirement

Specific confidentiality requirements may be established through a separate written agreement where necessary.

21. Portfolio and Case Studies

With appropriate consideration for confidentiality, Zohaib Digital may display completed work, screenshots, general project descriptions, or case studies for portfolio purposes.

Private or confidential client information will not intentionally be published without appropriate permission.

22. Website Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and functional.

However, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Hosting issues
  • Server problems
  • Security incidents
  • Software updates
  • Third-party service failures
  • Technical problems
  • Other circumstances outside reasonable control

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zohaib Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of the website or services.

This may include loss of:

  • Revenue
  • Profits
  • Business opportunities
  • Data
  • Rankings
  • Traffic
  • Leads
  • Sales
  • Reputation

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. No Professional Legal, Tax or Financial Advice

Information published on this website is not intended to replace professional legal, tax, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where such advice is required.

25. Changes to Services and Terms

Zohaib Digital may update, modify, add, or remove website content, services, pricing, features, or functionality from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions may also be updated when necessary.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

26. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected and handled.

27. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Where a specific governing law or jurisdiction is required for a particular client agreement, it may be defined separately in the applicable quotation or written agreement.
